With Christmas nearly upon us, we have some important updates for you. 

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

We will be extending our returns policy to 60 days rather than 30 over the festive period. Read our full policy here. 

 

Shipping

Last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 17th December, but we recommend getting any orders in sooner rather than later as the postal services are very busy at this time of year! 

 

Christmas/New Year Shutdown

Our hardworking teams in our warehouse will be taking some well earned time off over Christmas and New Year. This means that orders placed from the 24-27th December will be shipped on the 28th, and orders placed from the 1-3rd January will be shipped on the 4th.
